This contract is between Unity Works and the above vendor applicant for the Unity Works “CYBER MONTH” event. Included with this Vendor package you will be provided an active vendor store on TheUmall.com until December 31, 2021. Cancellations are to be made via Email to UNITYWORKSONLINE@GMAIL.COM at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of event. This package is for the reservation of online vendor space on TheUmall.com marketplace during the “CYBER MONTH” event throughout the aforementioned dates. There are No refunds. Terms of agreement: You, as the vendor, are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise agreed to by the consumer or shipper. Unity Works/TheUmall.com are NOT responsible for shipping or handling. Vendor agrees to only list products for sale that they have ability to process and fulfill in a timely manner upon ordering. By checking the above vendor agrees to provide Unity Works LLC/TheUmall.com with a fixed processing fee of 15% commission on every product sales facilitated through TheUmall.com and/or unityworksonline.com during the “CYBER SALE” event, December 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021. Vendor payments will be dispersed on a weekly basis. Payments will only be dispersed to vendors from orders that are completed in their entirety. Vendors are expected to adhere to the vendor policies when listing products on Unity Works/TheUmall.. Vendors offenses and prohibited content can result in suspension of your Unity Works /TheUmall account. Unity Works/ TheUmall enables you to reach millions of consumers in various communities . We at Unity Works have a mission to ensure a trustworthy buying and selling experience. We expect you as a Vendor to respect our Vendors Policy , Violation of the Vendors policy may result in the loss of your selling privileges and removal from Unity Works/TheUmall Marketplace. Vendors Selling Policies and Principles: Maintain current account information. Never misrepresent yourself, business or product. Must act in a professional manner that ensures consumers a trustworthy experience with Unity Works / TheUmall. Never list products that may cause harm to Unity Works/TheUmall customers. Never engage in any misleading, inappropriate or offensive behavior. This applies to all of your activities, including but not limited to: Information provided on your account Information provided in listings, content or images, Communication between you and Unity Works or you and our customers. Act fairly at all times. Unfair behavior includes but is not limited to the following: Behavior that could be deemed as manipulation or “gaming” of any part of the buying or selling experience. Actions that could be perceived as manipulating customer reviews, including by directly or indirectly contributing false, misleading or inauthentic content Activities that could be perceived as attempting to manipulate Unity Works/TheUmall search results or sales rankings. Vendor must also adhere to all Policies, Terms and conditions of the sites that Unity Work LLC grants the vendor to utilize, TheUmall.com and Unityworksonline.com. ONCE YOU ARE COMPLETELY REGISTERED AS A VENDOR, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE ACTIVE WITHIN 48HOURS. Unsigned contracts will be rejected and a verbal agreement is not valid. Please contact Administrators via email or written agreement with any amendments or changes. A new form may be needed depending on the volume of change.
